After that didn’t work out for a multitude of reasons a quick internet search for Realtors in the area led us to Kim Gray with Keller Williams. She answered our initial call and started showing us homes within a few hours. It was clear that she was listening to our preferences and keeping that in mind as we looked at homes. After a few scouting missions we were ready to make an offer. Kim worked diligently to obtain the terms of the contract that best suited our situation, from an early close date to negotiating the sale price down. Through the process she was always available via text, email or by phone and the the document signing processes before closing were via email or internet which made it very easy for me while I was traveling out of town. She was always on time and ready with good advice for the inspection and to answer any of our questions during closing. Since the purchase of our forever home went so well with Kim, we decided to ask if she was willing to list our lot in Mystic Shores. She sold our lot quickly, above market price and then negotiated a longer closing to help us with the tax ramifications. I don’t normally recommend people or services even after being in a service related industry and part of networking groups for many years, but I have had two first hand experiences with Kim, one selling, one buying and it has been smooth sailing. I have already recommended her to my new friends in the area and to my neighbors. If you want a realtor ready to work for you, and listen to you- go with Kim Gray."
