Meet Kim Gray

My passion in real estate is helping my clients achieve their goals. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2016, starting my team, Sunrise Realty Group in 2022. I am a Top-20 agent at Keller Williams Heritage, the largest brokerage in San Antonio, as well as a San Antonio Business Journal Best of Real Estate finalist.

With my knowledge of real estate as an investor and agent, I am excited to help you buy, sell or invest in a home that meets your needs and wants. I believe the most important qualities of an agent are honesty, integrity and diligence. As a Baylor graduate with a BBA in Marketing, I also have the knowledge and ability to strategically market your home to its fullest potential. Selling or buying a home is usually the largest and most important investment you will make so my desire is to work together to make it enjoyable too.

As a resident of the Hill Country, my amazing husband Shane, a retired Navy Captain, and our family, enjoy all aspects of the hill country and lake living. We are also very involved with the community helping bring the ministry of Young Life to CLHS and serving as leaders.
